UV pipette carousel is germicidal; that is, it destroys the DNA of 99% of viruses and bacteria such as mycoplasma.

Perfect for decontaminating pipettors used during the agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products, or pipettors used in cell culture, for example.

The nUVaClean UV Pipette Carousel decontaminates pipettes using a 28 minute cycle of UV-C light (254 nm) that destroys the DNA of microorganisms.  Just place one or more pipets into the stand and press start.  When the decontamination cycle is done the nUVaClean turns off automatically.

Universal fit carousel accommodates 6 pipets of any make and model.  6.5 inch (17 cm) footprint.
