Description
Accuris 1 Hour Mammalian Genotyping Kit: DNA extraction in 15 minutes followed by DNA amplification by PCR with included Hot Start Taq Polymerase Master Mix.
DNA extraction and amplification can be performed in same tube (or supernatant containing extracted DNA can be pipetted off of centrifuged lysate).
Ideal for use with mouse tail snips and ear punches. Also suitable for use with other mammalian fluids and tissues such as blood, buccal cells, hair follicles and Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) specimens.
Accuris 1 Hour Mammalian Genotyping Kit contains the following components:
- 5X Buffer A (Lysis Buffer)
- 10X Buffer B (Protease Buffer)
- 2X Master Mix (containing Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase and red dye/DNA loading buffer)
Accuris 1 Hour Mammalian Genotyping Kit is available in the following sizes:
- 8 reactions sample size: 160 uL of 5X Buffer A, 80 uL of 10X Buffer B, 200 uL of 2X Hot Start Taq Master Mix Red (Accuris cat # PR1300-MG-S)
- 80 reactions: 1.6 mL of 5X Buffer A, 800 uL of 10X Buffer B, 2 mL of 2X Hot Start Taq Master Mix Red (Accuris cat # PR1300-MG-80)
- 400 reactions: 8 mL of 5X Buffer A, 4 mL of 10X Buffer B, 10 mL of 2X Hot Start Taq Master Mix Red (Accuris cat # PR1300-MG-400)
