Description
These Celltreat 100 x 15 mm Petri Dishes are standard Petri dishes, enhanced with a stacking ring, and have the added feature that they are slidable. These cost-saving plastic dishes are thinner than Celltreat non-treated culture dishes.
Use these dishes to make nutrient agar plates to grow bacteria on in the microbiology lab, for example.
Celltreat 100 x 15 mm Petri dishes have lids with stacking rings for better stability, and bottoms that are slidable. Sterile and non-pyrogenic. DNase and RNase free. Made of high quality polystyrene. Air exchange vents. Working volume of 15-16 mL. 56 cm² cell growth area.
(The stacking ring is a ring molded into the very edge of the top of the lid of the culture dish so that a dish stacked on top of cannot easily slide off.)
(Slidable Petri dishes have a partial ring on the bottom half of the dish that allow a single dish to be slid apart (i.e. removed) from a stack of Petri dishes.
