Celltreat 100 x 20 mm Nontreated Culture Dishes with molded grip rings: the easiest way to pick up a culture dish.
Celltreat non-treated culture dishes are made of thicker, more durable plastic than standard Petri dishes; you may use them in the same applications as you would your standard, thinner, less durable Petri dishes.
Celltreat Scientific 100 x 20 mm nontreated culture dishes have a molded grip ring, the easiest way to pick up a culture dish. Lids have a stacking ring for better stability.
(The molded grip ring is a serrated (jagged) extension molded into the bottom half of the culture dish that sticks out beyond the edge of the dish lid; this provides the user the ultimate way to pick up the culture dish to avoid accidental drops.)
(The stacking ring is a ring molded into the very edge of the top of the lid of the culture dish so that a dish stacked on top of cannot easily slide off.)
Sterile and non-pyrogenic. Made of high quality, crystal clear, rigid polystyrene. Air exchange vents. Media working volume of 15-16 mL. 55 cm² cell growth area.

Use non-treated culture dishes to grow bacteria on agar media or to maintain C. elegans cultures on nematode growth medium, for example.
