Celltreat 35 x 10 mm Nontreated Culture Dishes.
Celltreat non-treated culture dishes are made of thicker, more durable plastic than standard Petri dishes; you may use them in the same applications as you would your standard, thinner, less durable Petri dishes.
Celltreat Scientific 35 x 10 mm nontreated culture dishes have an offset bottom, allowing for easy pickup and lid removal, and lids have a stacking ring for better stability.
(The offset bottom means that the very bottom of the culture dish is molded to stick out so that it is even with the lid of the dish; this helps the user grab the dish by the bottom rather than accidentally by the lid.)
(The stacking ring is a ring molded into the very edge of the top of the lid of the culture dish so that a dish stacked on top of cannot easily slide off.)
Sterile and non-pyrogenic. Made of high quality, crystal clear, rigid polystyrene. Air exchange vents. Media working volume of 5 mL. 8.5 cm² cell growth area.
Packaged 10 dishes/bag, 960/case.
Use non-treated culture dishes to grow bacteria on agar media or to maintain C. elegans cultures on nematode growth medium, for example.
