Adhesive Press-n-Seal like qPCR optical sealing film. Use to seal wells of PCR plates to prevent cross-contamination and sample evaporation during Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reactions.
Optically clear sealing film does not interfere with sampling reading by the qPCR instrument.
Pure•Amp™ qPCR Plate Optical Sealing Film Press and Seal is very similar to Applied Biosystems® MicroAmp™ Optical Adhesive Film (ABI cat # 4311971, 4360954).
Sample evaporation rate is less than or equal to 5%. DNase-, RNase- and PCR inhibitor-free. Temperature use range of -40°C to 120°C.
