Description
Accuris dNTPs (Deoxyribonucleotide Triphosphates), for use during DNA amplification by means of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).
dNTPs are added by DNA Polymerase, during the PCR, to the growing strands of DNA that are being copied (synthesized).
Accuris™ dNTPs are available individually as a set of four separate nucleotides—dATP (deoxyadenosine triphosphate), dTTP (deoxythymidine triphosphate), dCTP (deoxycytidine triphosphate) and dGTP (deoxyguanosine triphosphate)—or as a ready-to-use mix of all four nucleotides (click here for the mix).
The dNTP set contains 100 mM concentration (25 umol/250 uL or 100 umol/1000 uL) of each nucleotide in each tube. The set is available in volumes of 250 uL x 4 dNTPs and 1 mL x 4 dNTPs.
Accuris dNTPs are purified to greater than 99% by means of HPLC. They are free of PCR inhibitors such as proteases.
