Head Attachments for Benchmixer, Benchmixer version 2 and Mortexer Vortex Mixers.
There are five additional head attachments available for use with the Benchmark Scientific Benchmixer and Mortexer vortex mixers. There are seven additional head attachments available for use with the Benchmixer version 2:
Flat Head: Flat head, 3 inch diameter (7.6 cm). Benchmark Scientific cat # BV1000-FLAT.
Combo Head: Head for tubes and microplates. Can hold 66 tubes and one microplate total. Holds at one time (38) 1.5 mL minicentrifuge tubes and either (28) 0.5 mL minicentrifuge tubes or one (1) microplate. Benchmark Scientific cat # BV1000-COMBO.
Horizontal Head for 1.5 mL minicentrifuge tubes: Head can hold twelve (12) 1.5/2.0 mL minicentrifuge tubes in a horizontal orientation. Benchmark Scientific cat # BV1000-H15.
Horizontal Head for 15 mL conical tubes: Head can hold four (4) 15 mL conical tubes in a horizontal orientation. Benchmark Scientific cat # BV1000-H150.
Horizontal Head for 50 mL conical tubes: Head can hold two (2) 50 mL conical tubes in a horizontal orientation. Benchmark Scientific cat # BV1000-H500.
The below two head attachments are for use with the Benchmixer version 2 only:
Foam Head for 15 mL conical tubes: Head can hold twelve (12) 15 mL conical tubes in a vertical orientation. Benchmark Scientific cat # BV1003-T150.
Foam Head for 50 mL conical tubes: Head can hold five (5) 50 mL conical tubes in a vertical orientation. Benchmark Scientific cat # BV1003-T500.
