Description
Adhesive (i.e. sticky) qPCR optical sealing film. Use to seal wells of PCR plates to prevent cross-contamination and sample evaporation during Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reactions.
Optically clear sealing film does not interfere with sampling reading by the qPCR instrument.
Pure•Amp™ Adhesive qPCR optical sealing film is very similar to Bio-Rad Microseal ‘B’ Sealing film (Biorad cat # MSB1001).
Sample evaporation rate is less than or equal to 5%. DNase-, RNase- and PCR inhibitor-free. Temperature use range of -40°C to 120°C.
