Rigid polycarbonate cryovial storage boxes with hinged clear lids, drain holes and barcodes.
100-place cryogenic vial boxes accommodate 1 mL to 2 mL (e.g. 1.8 mL) internally-threaded cryovials.
Some externally-threaded cryovials are a little too wide to fit well into 100-place boxes; 81-place boxes are recommended for externally-threaded 1 mL to 2 mL cryovials, and are available for purchase here.
Cryoboxes have alpha-numeric coding on the tops, sides and insides for easy sample identification.
They measure 5 ¼ x 5 ¼ x 2 inches, fitting in standard freezer and liquid nitrogen racks.
They are autoclavable and withstand usage in temperatures ranging from -196°C to +121°C.
